RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At AKBARLINK E-SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Replacement Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled on https://akbshop.in.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 7-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery in the following situations:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective product
Size mismatch (only where size options are available)
Product received does not match description or images
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery through the customer account panel.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or replaced:
Socks
Stockings
Dupatta
Scarf
Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive items
Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the website
Such items will clearly mention the non-returnable status on the product page.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a successful return, the product must:
✔ Be unused and unworn
✔ Have original tags and labels intact
✔ Be returned in original packaging
✔ Include all accessories and documentation
Returns may be rejected if:
❌ Product is used, washed, or altered
❌ Product is damaged after delivery
❌ Tags or packaging are missing
❌ Wrong or unclear images/videos are submitted
❌ Return request is raised after the 7-day window
4. How to Initiate a Return
To raise a return or replacement request:
Go to My Account → Orders
Select the relevant order
Click Request Return / Replace
Upload images or videos (mandatory for damage claims)
Submit the request
Our support team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.
5. Return Pickup
Once a return request is approved:
A courier partner will be assigned for pickup
Pickup may be attempted 2–3 times
The product must be securely packed
If pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address.
In such cases, shipping reimbursement may be provided subject to approval.
6. Replacement Policy
Replacement will be provided subject to:
✔ Product availability
✔ Successful quality check
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
Store credit, or
Refund as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy
7. Refund for Returned Products
Refunds for returned products will be processed only after:
The returned product reaches our warehouse
The product successfully passes Quality Check (QC)
Refund Mode
Prepaid Orders:
Refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunded via bank transfer or store wallet credit.
8. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the banking partner or payment gateway processing timelines.
Customers will be notified once the refund is initiated.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
For repeated fake COD orders or delivery refusal, the Company may:
Restrict COD for future orders
Suspend or block the customer account
10. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or tampered parcel:
Record a complete parcel opening video (recommended)
Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery
This helps us resolve claims with courier partners efficiently.
11. Exchange Policy
Currently, we provide replacement only.
Direct size exchange may not be available.
Customers may return the product and place a new order for the correct size, subject to product availability.
