1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order, go to:
My Account → Orders → Cancel Order
If your cancellation request is successful, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
1.2 Cancellation by AKBARLINK E-SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED
We reserve the right to cancel orders in situations such as:
Payment failure
Invalid or incomplete shipping address
Product out of stock
Technical or pricing errors
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
If your order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
Approved product returns (after quality check)
Cancelled prepaid orders
Failed or duplicate payments
Orders cancelled by the Company
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Returned product is used, washed, altered, or damaged
Return request is raised after the eligible return window
Product falls under the non-returnable category (e.g., socks, stockings, dupatta, scarf, hygiene-sensitive products)
2.2 Refund Modes
Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.
Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)
Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout (UPI, debit card, credit card, wallet, etc.).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refund will be issued through:
Bank transfer, or
Store wallet credit (if available), depending on customer preference.
2.3 Refund Processing Time
Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway processing timelines.
Customers will receive a notification once the refund is initiated.
3. Return-Based Refund Conditions
Refunds for returned products will only be processed after:
The product is received at our warehouse
The product passes the Quality Check (QC)
Refund requests may be rejected if:
Product is used, washed, altered, or damaged
Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing
Incorrect or misleading return evidence is submitted
Product falls under the non-returnable category
If the quality check fails, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:
The bank or payment gateway may automatically reverse the transaction within 3–5 working days.
In rare cases, it may take up to 7 working days, depending on the banking partner or payment gateway.
If the refund is not received within the expected time, please contact us with your transaction ID.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
Check your bank account, UPI app, or wallet statement.
Contact your bank or payment provider regarding pending refunds.
If the issue persists, contact us with the following details:

Payment screenshot
Transaction reference number
